Barrow was born 27 years ago while Jude was still attending college. The father, Azimoth, left very shortly after Barrow's birth for the vague reason of "My family is in danger." Barrow ages incredibly slowly, but they are both physically and mentally 7. They are still a child, they just went through the housing crisis. Even though they're 7, they seem to be very talented at sewing, various arts and crafts, and cooking. Despite being born into a Jewish household, they have an unbelievable fascination and love for Halloween and don't follow Kosher guidelines (mainly because it's a personal choice for Jude, and because Barrow loves every non-Kosher meat.)

Their love for Halloween, witchcraft, and all things autumn, as well as family history (on their other dad's side) is what sparked a massive interest in becoming a witch. They like to ride around on a broom and play with their very weird cat. they have an unusual talent for brewing and spells, often using it to frighten others for no real reason other than "heehee". They take every opportunity to scare the living shit out of Tito and Step. Despite their mischevious nature, they are goodhearted and mean well. Jude has noted, much to his chagrin, that Barrow is just like their (now absent) father. They have found notes and pictures left behind by their father, and now use them like everyday items, the most notable being a notebook with a seemingly infinite amount of pages (many of which were already filled).

Barrow is the least antagonistic towards Tito, despite their very vocal fear that he's going to bite their dad and turn them into a werewolf. They do not understand the unbelievable romantic tension between Jude and Tito, interpreting it as them being "very good friends!!!". Jude has taken to sending Barrow out to Tito's "totally not money laundering front" resturaunts and having them stay as long as possible (jokes on him, it's a good ass meal). Tito, in return, is very aware of Barrow's poor spying job, but treats them exactly like he would if he had raised this kid all their life. Barrow was the most vocally affected by Tito's arrest, with frequent tantrums that drove Step outside. They were especially upset because they had just started seeing him as a second dad.

Likes: Halloween, little kittys and kittens, their dad, scary cheese, Step (new big brother!!), their Unka Boss, Mr. Tito/Papa Tito (he takes them out for ice cream every Sunday), mischief, japes, tricks and/or treats, witchcraft, mixing every soap in the bathroom together, eating parts of animals you didn't even know you could eat, making scary faces, extremely spicy foods, sweets and candies

Dislikes: Ween (Step kept saying Ween, the band, invented Halloween and it made Barrow so upset they cried), turkey, the 364 days after Halloween, Mariah Carey playing in November (or at all), Matzah ("it's too flat!"), tall shelves, well done meat (too chewy and dry), hot weather
